Why Group Projects Suck!!!! 😤

                        College  GROUP PROJECTS 

 

University is supposed to be the happiest time of your life, you have finally got out of school and entered a new phase of maturity both mentally and socially. But is College role to make you under continuous stress, hating your life and everything around you. Well sad truth that may be a preparation for what is coming next. Yep, the world isn't simple. The working environment is full of pressure and deadlines but there is something that college professors don't get and refuse to understand. At work you will be judged by a manager and he will also be judged by someone with higher rank; all of those people working to make revenues and improve the company's financial state so their financial state will be improved. But what about college?!! No, this is not the case the 200+ students will be separated to many tiny groups each  group working separately. You will be working with other 9 Colleagues on a project totally separated from the rest of the other groups. You won't be judged by a manager, but be a student just like you. MOST importantly there is no "Money" in this process. People tend to work hard when there is money as they know if they didn't make their company earn they will be fired. On the other hands students tend to throw the load on someone else, they don't care about the group project cause no one is going to fire them right, All members are students same rank. STOP GROUP PROJECTS. STOP THIS CHARADE
